Shadeberry Crest Publishing is an independent press dedicated to works that earn their place on the shelf. We publish across memoir, nonfiction, and practical writing — books that are honest about what they are and uncompromising about craft.

We are a small operation by design. Every title we carry has our full attention.

What We Publish

Memoir, narrative nonfiction, and practical nonfiction with a strong authorial voice. We are drawn to work that is specific, grounded, and written by people who have actually done the thing they are writing about.

How We Work

We are selective and we work closely with our authors. Titles carry the Shadeberry Crest mark because we believe in them — not because we needed the volume.
